Dance Enhancement Sessions (Thursday thru Sunday) with Chair Massage (at BHTH) and private Massage Table Sessions (by appointment) [Top]

Mercedes Dzindzeleta (a long-time DCFF staffer and Folk Dancer from Racine) will provide "Dance Enhancement" to the DCFF Community during lunch breaks.

  • Relax and unwind at Baileys Harbor Town Hall each day after the 10:00am Workshops (Thu-Sat) and after the first Review Workshop on Sunday (see schedule below)
  • BYO lunch, blanket & pillow. Sessions for individuals & partners
  • Would you like help with being able to DANCE for all the crazy hours desired at DCFF and to learn, or correct, an improper body stance, or work around an injury or dis-ability?
  • Would you like to RE-learn proper balance of body, how to make the body enjoy the dance again, how to relax the body easily after stressing it with ALL the learning OR late night/early morning dancing
  • Would you like to learn how to listen to your body AND reverse the over exertion etc, etc, etc.
  • Come, relax and learn during lunch while sharing and learning how to help each other enjoy the intensity of DCFF
  • Mercedes will provide guidance as participants share their experiences and assist each other with what they need
  • Participate in this recouperative time from the intense DCFF weekend along with needed nourishment (lunch)

  • Outside of these sessions, Mercedes is willing to offer chair massage at the hall and private in-room table sessions.
  • You may arrange private sessions for Swedish, Myofascial, Energy, Zero Balancing and other recuperative work.
  • Mercedes is also willing to help take care of injuries and mis-haps during the Festival.
