Health Safety Policy
To ensure everyone has a safe experience at DCFF:
- We ask participants to use the common sense solutions that will work to protect ourselves and others from serious illness from respiratory viruses
- This includes vaccinations, treatments, and staying at home if and when we get sick
- Other optional measures include:
- Staying up to date with vaccination to protect people against serious illness, hospitalization, and death.
- This includes flu, COVID-19, and RSV if eligible
- Practicing good hygiene by covering coughs and sneezes, washing or sanitizing hands often, and cleaning frequently touched surfaces
- Taking steps to ensure cleaner air flow, such as bringing in more fresh outside air, purifying indoor air, or gathering outdoors
- The wearing of protective masks is optional
- Wearing a mask is a prevention strategy that you can choose to further protect yourself and others
- If you feel safer wearing a mask, please do so

Code of Conduct Policy
To ensure everyone has an enjoyable experience at DCFF, the following conduct is not permitted: discrimination or inappropriate behavior toward others related to gender, age, physical appearance, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, country of origin, religion, or physical or mental capability. This includes:
- Offensive or inappropriate verbal comments
- Display of offensive images
- Intimidation, stalking or following
- Objectionable photography or video recording
- Sustained or repeated disruption of an event
- Inappropriate physical contact
- Unwelcome sexual attention
- Unwanted probing questions about an individual’s personal life or habits
Attendance at DCFF indicates your agreement to comply with this Code of Conduct. Participants asked to stop inappropriate behavior are expected to comply immediately.
DCFF Leadership may take any action they deem appropriate in response to the above prohibited conduct, including counseling, warning, and removal from a DCFF event without refund.
DCFF Leadership will help participants contact local law enforcement, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe for the duration of the DCFF.
Participants are encouraged to contact a DCFF Staff member if you notice that someone is behaving inappropriately.

Being a good participant
- Do not offer unsolicited advice to others, either during teaching or while dancing
- Exercise caution on the dance floor with yourself, your partner, and those around you to avoid injuries or the risk of harassing behavior
- Practice good hygiene and dress appropriately
- Please limit your use of fragrances to protect dancers with sensitivities
